This is a close-fitting activity sock with superior woollen comfort to give a little extra insulation on cold days. If you’re going on a long hike, or have new boots, you should consider wearing a Hiking Liner sock underneath, to minimise the risk of blisters. This will also provide extra insulation. Outdoor Medium has comfortable knit in the shin and an elasticated shin and instep section to ensure an excellent fit. The sock has a terry sole with nylon reinforcement, to provide good wearing strength.
